This means that after an order is placed, within minutes it is packaged, numbered, and sent out of the warehouse to the shipping center. Refunds can only be processed once you receive your item and send it back to our warehouse and we receive it.
Please note that refunds can only be authorized on items which have been returned to us, and there must be some sort of reason for the return that merits a refund per our policy. If your item has arrived damaged or defective, we can provide a free exchange. An exchange is granted only after the customer has uploaded a video detailing exactly why the product is defective and needs to be replaced. We do require all items to be returned to our warehouse at the buyers expense to receive a refund or exchange. On select occasions, we may be able to send a free replacement without the original product being returned to us. Please note that if you sent the item back when it arrived to you, it will go to our warehouse in China and you will not be qualified for a refund. You need to ship the items back to our North American Warehouse to receive a refund and/or exchange.
